What is your order modification and cancellation policy?

Bliss Sleep Center’s Order Returns, Modifications, Cancellations, and Exchange Policy

Order Modification

Most orders may be adjusted or modified the same day the order is placed. You will be charged a fee that is 20% of your order total to make any modifications or cancellations after the day of your order. Any items added to an order the day after it is placed will be accepted as a new order.

Returns and Exchanges

Once an item has been used it is a final sale. Any unused bedding item can be returned in its original condition within 30-days after the purchase, minus a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for shipping or returning the item to Bliss Sleep Center.  If you’d like to begin a return claim, please call 631-885-0075 or email to receive a Return Authorization Number( RAN). You will need to include this number along with a copy of your original receipt to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Items returned for an exchange will be used as a credit towards a new order. If the returned items are worth more than the new order total, a credit will be issued to the customer.

How to Return an item: please first contact with the reason for the return, once you have a reply from us, please proceed with the following:

Please note that we can ONLY accept brand new bedding back. Please do not return anything that has been used or washed. Once we get a return, we do a full inspection, if the inspection concludes that the item has not been used, we would refund you the amount you paid, minus a 20% restocking fee. You are responsible to get the product back to our warehouse. You can bring it in or ship it to us. Please send all returns to and please include a note:

Please note, all custom and discontinued products are final sales at the time of the order.
Bliss Sleep Center has the option to refuse any return or exchange.
